2. Job Details:

2.1 Job Objective:

- Manage the accountant team in journalizing transactions, preparing financial statements and other accounting activities according to the law on accounting. Support the GD in accounting and financial tasks assigned by the Members’ council according to the company’s regulations.

-Ensure the accountant team carries out the company’s financial and accounting policies.

-Prepare monthly and annually financial statements and P&L reports.

- Be responsible to the law and the Board of Directors of the company for journalizing transactions and preparing financial statements accurately, faithfully, and timely according to financial accounting procedures.

2.2 Scope of work:

- Receivable account, Inventory, VAT report, Cash, Asset

- Make finance plans: purchasing goods, processing payments to suppliers and others.

2.3 Job Relationship:

- All Departments in company

- Distributors

- Head Quater

- Suppliers/ Principals

-Third Party Logistic

- Tax Government

2.4 Key roles and responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management

Accounts Payable Management

Monitoring inventory in the system

Monitoring output VAT reports and invoice status reports

Setting up new product selling prices in the system

Salary calculation and processing

Undertaking other projects assigned by the Board of Directors3. Job requirement

3.1 Capability requirements:

-Extensive knowledge of accounting principles.

-Specific expertise in branch operations, cost control, and employee management.

-Thorough understanding of accounting laws and tax policies in Vietnam.

-Personal qualities: attentiveness, honesty, integrity, willingness to learn, and readiness to work additional hours.

-Proficiency in working efficiently and effectively under high-pressure situations.

-Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.

-Ability to reflect on and learn from experiences, with a drive for self-improvement.

-Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

-Effective communication skills in English.

3.3 Qualifications and Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics from a reputable university

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and operational control

-Age: Above 28 years old

-Gender: Female

-Knowledge/experience in FMCG is an advantage

-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company data is required
