Mô tả Công việc

  • The Content Executive will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence online.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy for our social media platforms, aligning with our brand identity, objectives, and audience's interests.
  • Create engaging, informative, and original content, including but not limited to posts, videos, graphics, and blogs, tailored to each social media platform.
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize content strategies, ensuring high engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and amplify content across channels, supporting broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to gauge effectiveness, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve content and strategies.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and interactive online environment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful content creation and management across Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Mastery of various content tactics tailored to each social platform, with a deep understanding of the unique algorithms, trends, and user behaviors.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in content scheduling and analytics tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
