This position is for Mirai Studio, a new game company spun off from Icetea Labs. Mirai Studio is a young startup but has created potential products and is well-received by customers in the market.Over the past two years we have grown, developing and independently publishingmore than 60 gamesspanning various sub-genres.

- Design and create 3D characters, environments, and objects for Hyper Casual and Hybrid Casual games.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate 3D models into games and ensure their aesthetics and functionality.
- Optimize 3D models to ensure high game performance on mobile devices.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience as a 3D Artist, with a preference for game development experience.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max or similar tools.
- Understanding of how to optimize graphics for mobile platforms.
- Basic knowledge of animation: Ability to rig and animate. Optimize existing animations.
- Basic knowledge of Unity
- Ability to create UV layouts and texturing.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and time management skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work and projects.

Ngoài việc hỗ trợ sản xuất các tác phẩm âm nhạc cho các nghệ sĩ, Hồng Ân hiện đang là đơn vị hỗ trợ các chủ sở hữu bản quyền (ca sĩ, nhạc sỹ, công ty sản xuất) để giám sát việc sử dụng các tác phẩm âm nhạc vào đúng mục đích, đảm bảo không để tình trạng vi phạm bản quyền diễn ra tràn lan và thiếu kiểm soát. Việc giám sát ngoài sử dụng công cụ (tool) hỗ trợ, Hồng Ân còn kết hợp với các luật sư có uy tín, kinh nghiệm lâu năm trong lĩnh vực bản quyền để đảm bảo quyền lợi cho mọi chủ sở hữu bản quyền.
