Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials.
Utilize instructional design theories and methodologies to create interactive and multimedia educational products.
Assist in the development of course outlines, learning objectives, and training curricula that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Conduct research on the latest educational and technological trends to enhance the learning experience.
Participate in the evaluation and revision of existing courses based on learner feedback and performance data.
Assist in the creation of assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and instructional effectiveness.Understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Proficiency with presentation and design tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Slides, Canva...
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with educators and technical staff.
Creative and analytical thinking skills to develop innovative and effective educational solutions.
Prior experience in an educational setting or with instructional design is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.Salary: 10M - 12M

Với những thiết kế đi đầu cùng với quy trình sản xuất và kiểm tra chất lượng chuẩn khắt khe, chúng tôi mang đến cho người Việt sự đa dạng về mẫu mã tại showroom ( hơn 2000m2) với giá cả hợp lý.
Ngoài ra, chúng tôi còn làm nhà phân phối các dòng sản phẩm Coffa của thương Hiệu TEKCOM, Smartlock cho thương hiệu PushPull của Hàn Quốc, cũng như chúng tôi sẽ đi đầu trong việc phát triển các mặt hàng mới và tiến bộ về mặt công nghệ như Smarthome, nhằm phục vụ nhu cầu ngày càng tăng cao của người Việt.
