• Ensure work quality
• Test planning for the project
• Support testing, verifying errors/incidents with customers.
• Ensure that all product releases meet or exceed the quality goals determined according to acceptance criteria.
• Create new, maintain & continue developing projects related to the project such as QNA, Bug Tracking, Test- Case, ...
• Participate in the project requirements to understand the test goals, provide inputs on the testing ability of the requirements, and estimate for inspection activities.
• Make test- case documents, execute and report the test schedule compared to the plan
• Meet customer requirements and project management.
• Collaboration with developers, project managers and other members of the group in checking the requirements and planning.
• Report errors found during testing with standard error monitoring tools.
• Attend meetings with customers as well as stakeholders to perform demos & feedback
• Provide application instructions for application and training staff on how to use new applications.
• Developing test cases and manual testing.

Japanese is required (N4 or N5)
From 1 to 3 years of experience
Technical requirements:
Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
Have good knowledge of software development process, software requirement analysis.
Have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with testing desktop, web and mobile applications
Good oral and written communication skills
Active team player – active communication, open mind, and friendliness
Eager- to- learn mindset
Be proactive, initiative, flexible, responsible, honest, and prudent
