Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Human resources
Strategically manage and develop the human capital of the organization to align with business objectives.
Develop a clear organizational hierarchy and define job duties to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR documentation system aligned with company objectives and legal compliance.
Create incentive structures and cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement and teamwork.
Establish a comprehensive system for evaluating employee performance and identifying talent development needs.
Optimize recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.
Enhance employee competencies through targeted training initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Manage HR department finances and operations while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Monitor and improve the quality of administrative-related services.
Social Responsibility
Establish and implement a system to assess social responsibility performance and ensure adherence to company standards.

Requirements

Candidates with bachelor degrees in Human Resource Management, Economics, Foreign Trade, Language, and relevant fields are prioritized.
Candidates with experience in both foreign manufacturing and trading enterprises are prioritized.
Understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law and modern Human Resource Management knowledge.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Good English communication, working directly with expat.
Good team management, problem solving skills.
High discipline and responsibility at work.
Ability to withstand high work pressure.
