Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Oversee and manage all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities (including payroll processing, PIT, insurance, labor contracts, policies, benefits, work permits, timesheets, and internal & external labor reports for local & expatriate staff) for :100-200 employees.
Develop and execute C&B policies, reward & recognition programs, loyalty schemes, and healthcare initiatives.
Conduct market surveys and stay updated on C&B trends to offer high-standard and modern perks and benefits programs.
Organize and manage the annual/periodic every 6 months salary review, performance evaluations, and promotion programs.
Advise department heads on labor laws, company policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Supervise the implementation of labor laws, company policies, regulations in business practices and operation.
Calculate monthly payroll, PIT, staff allowances, and bonuses in accordance with company policies.
Prepare internal reports (payroll, costing, and monthly PIT reports) and other statutory reports (periodic every 6 months) for relevant authorities.
Administer People Operations benefits, including self-insured plans, group life and medical insurance, and benefits for expatriates, partners, and directors.
Manage and maintain the People Operations management system and labor contract practices.
In charge of administration task (cook, barista, housekeeper, and personal driver).

Requirements

Bachelor or above degree.
5y+ of work experience in C&B.
Detail-oriented and highly focused professionally written and verbal communication skills (English equivalent to IELTS 6++ or TOEIC 800++).
Experience in Technology/ E-commerce/ international companies is advantageous.
