Our client is the top eCommerce facilitator in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Manage and lead two departments: the customer service department and the supply chain and logistics department.
Create quarterly goals and key performance indicators for supply chain, logistics, 3PL, and customer service, as well as an annual work plan.
Establish monthly performance goals for customer service, logistics, 3PL, and supply chain.
Work with line managers to create action plans that will help them meet performance goals. To guarantee the best possibility of success, keep an eye on your action plans and take prompt action to modify them.
Establish the budget and P&L for the customer service, supply chain, and logistics departments.
Work with line managers to create action plans that will maximize budget and P&L. Track invoices and examine patterns to cut down on running expenses.
Arrange and oversee the daily operations of supply planning, third-party transportation/last-mile delivery, third-party warehousing, and customer service.
Be aware of potential hazards associated with day-to-day operations and take proactive steps to reduce or eliminate them.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain them. Make certain that teams can follow SOP and are properly educated.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience in managing complex and dynamic operations in an Omni-channel distribution/e-commerce environment is a plus
Excellent internal & external stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven track record to analyze and build optimization strategies for operational excellence:
Be able to perform activities-based costing, analyze cost related to each operational activity throughout the value chain, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Be able to create a process map of operational activities, identify non-value-adding or inefficient activities, and seek opportunities to re-engineer processes
Be able to work with the team to propose solutions and make recommendations to improve operational KPI
Strong focus on standardizing and simplifying processes, setting up operational principles, improving objectives and KPI, and training team members.
Analytical and able to utilize data and Business Intelligence to make informed decisions.
Strong bias for actions to achieve positive outcomes for business.
Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
