Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Formulate and execute effective strategic plans to drive business success.
Develop and implement business strategies to meet company-wide objectives.
Oversee and manage the operations of all departments, taking full responsibility for performance and outcomes.
Make strategic decisions to boost competitiveness, streamline costs, and optimize resources.
Create and manage strategies for business growth, marketing, product development, and distribution.
Expand and enhance sales channels to meet revenue and profitability targets, contributing to company development.
Build and develop a team that meets the company's strategic business development needs.
Develop and enhance product and company brands.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the broader community.
Foster a corporate culture and work environment that aligns with the core values and direction of the Board of Directors.
Survey, analyze, and timely understand competitors and market trends to propose appropriate business strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Economics.
At least 5 years in a similar position, preferably in the fashion industry.
Familiar with the fashion industry, B2B wholesale, B2C retail, corporate governance, and have knowledge of marketing, finance, HR, and brand development.
Proficiency in strategic planning and goal setting.
Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
Experience in training and developing teams to reach their full potential.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and drive team performance.
Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
Personal qualities that align with the company's core values and corporate culture.
Open-minded, growth-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
Capacity to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multitasking environment.
