Job description

1. Product Strategy & Feature Definition

• Partner with executive leaders to develop and enhance loan-related products, including unsecured cash loans and BNPL solutions.
• Conduct competitive market research and user analysis to uncover unmet customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize enhancements and new features.

2, Internal and External Collaboration

• Act as the communication bridge between business functions and engineering teams to ensure clarity in product goals and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with third-party partners to explore co-development opportunities or embed added features that improve product performance and customer experience.

1. Compliance & Credit Risk Integration

• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and credit risk departments to ensure that lending products are fully aligned with internal risk policies and external regulatory frameworks.

4, Data-Driven Optimization

• Cooperate with the analytics team to build visual reports and real-time dashboards for performance tracking.
• Use data insights to guide strategic product decisions and optimize user journeys and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the consumer finance or lending domain.
• Deep understanding of credit and lending products, including consumer loans, personal loans, installment plans, and credit line management.
• Solid grasp of loan lifecycle processes such as underwriting, servicing, and credit assessment.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments with strong knowledge of product backlog grooming and sprint planning. Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a track record of using data to guide product development.
• Previous experience in banks or fintech companies is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.
