Collaborate with the SE Manager to develop a comprehensive sales competency model outlining the required skills for various sales roles.
Work with Sales Managers to design, structure, and implement sales curriculum and development programs.
Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs across multiple formats (e.g., in-person, virtual, eLearning, videos, on-the-job support, and coaching tools).
Lead sales capability and engagement initiatives as a coach, speaker, and facilitator.
Partner with internal experts (product, marketing) and external vendors to achieve training objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Leads to address organizational learning needs.
Support stakeholder management activities alongside the SE Manager.
Manage knowledge reinforcement campaigns and social sharing sessions.
Undertake additional tasks as required by the SM Manager.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, HR, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in developing and delivering sales training programs.
Strong understanding of sales competency frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Proven track record in measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and content management systems.
Experience in the digital industry is advantageous.Salary: Up to 25M
