Mô Tả Công Việc
- Preparation and sending of SI to the supplier.
- Follow-up with shipment
- Update buyer with shipment
- Follow-up with origin (Vietnam) on shipping documents
- Creating lots, sales invoices, and supplier invoices in Navision
- Sending of documents to the bank for negotiation
- Follow-up on payment
- Communication with brokers/factories (Vietnam) for shipping instruction, following booking details & preparation of shipping documents
- Communication with Broker/agents/buyers
- Follow-up on payment, negotiation of shipping docs & monitoring payments
- Issuing PI, Shipping intern, Final Invoice, DN/CN & amendments
- Navision entries
- Checking full set of docs and dispatching to banks or buyers directly
- Maintaining Stock reports in Vietnam
- Collection of DO, Cargo moving to bonded W/H in VN
- Factory inventories on RCN
- Preparing data on processed quantities at factories
- Kernel Tracker updates
- Agent commissions
- Preparing a full set of documents (to be received from vendors+ issued by EAL) against kernel purchases for payments
- Other tasks by the line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Experience: 3+ years in traffic outbound
- Communication: Strong communication skills and problem-solving
- Other skills: Fluency in English; Negotiation skills; good customer relationship, dependable, well organized, need to be able to multi-task, have a team attitude, energetic, devoted, diligent, enthusiastic, open-minded. Must be detailed and accurate.
- Computers: Proficiency in MS software; the ability to learn new resource planning systems.
- Experience: 3+ years in traffic outbound
- Communication: Strong communication skills and problem-solving
