I. Job Descriptions

• Project Management
• Understand Project objectives, deadlines, priorities, impact,..
• Develop a detailed project plan
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Able to form the team and set up project governance
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Operation Management
• Warehouse In-Out Management
• Monitor & maintain 3PL performance, set up KPI
• Manage last mile shipping carrier at 3PL's location
• Cost control and optimization
• Maintain and Enhance service level alignment of internal team and 3pl
• System integration
• 3PL & Carrier Setup and Integration
  
  

Oversee the selection, contracting, and onboarding of new 3PLs and carriers, ensuring smooth integration into the supply chain network.

• Team Leadership and Coordination
  
  

Lead and manage the logistics implementation team, delegating tasks and ensuring that all team members contribute to the successful rollout of new logistics partners

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  
  

Work closely with operations, IT, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on logistics requirements and timelines

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  
  

Track and analyze the performance of new logistics partners post-implementation, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational goals

• Process Improvement
  
  

Identify opportunities for process improvements in the logistics implementation process to drive efficiency and cost savings

Ii. Skill And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, carrier management, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
