As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our growing engineering team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn the system, analyze descriptive documents about the system, and design test cases.
Write and execute manual test cases, API test scripts (Postman/SoapUI), and review test cases prepared by other team members.
Perform manual testing, run and analyze automation test results, and execute API testing.
Log bugs, evaluate severity, track bug status, and report progress to the team leader.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure quality standards are met.
Proactively report critical/blocking issues to leaders.
Support team leaders in work management and project progress when requiredREQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience in software testing.
Strong ability to read and communicate in English (written and spoken).
Experience testing APIs using Postman or SoapUI.
Proficiency in SQL queries.
Basic programming knowledge; automation testing experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of software testing processes and Agile (Scrum) methodology.
Strong analytical and questioning skills; ability to understand and challenge requirements.
Problem-solving and independent working skills.
