Search for customers:
• Receive and handle customer complaints about service quality.
• Update and monitor the company&039;s customer lists and long- term contracts
• Directly implement and urge contract implementation, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and check the quality of delivered products with customers.
• Communicate with customers about issues routes
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and establish new business relationships
• Receive customer information (via phone, email, etc.), record all customer information and report customer contact to the Direct Manager
• Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in pushing debt due when customers have completed payment
• Prepare contracts for customers
• Search for customers who need to rent a car.
• Make service provision proposals (for short- term rentals) and send them to the Accounting Department for storage.
Customer care and management:
• Plan, implement and periodically contact, visit and record customer opinions about Avis services via phone/email.
• Coordinate with sales staff to implement regular/unscheduled customer care activities: Giving gifts on holidays, visiting customers..

-Level: University, College... major: Business Administration, economics……….. and related majors
-Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

-English communication skills (proficient)
-Knowledge of car rental products/services and market prices (will be trained)
-Experience working in foreign companies.
-Office information technology skills: Word, excel, powerpoint...
-Communication skills - presentation, negotiation
-Sales and customer care skills.
-Have a sense of responsibility and can withstand high pressure at work

- Income: Basic salary + % of sales + bonus (Total income 15-50 million depending on ability).
