About the Role
LITMERS, a Global No-code Outsourcing Agency, is transforming outsourced development through innovative solutions. We are redefining traditional software development by leveraging no-code technology, enabling rapid development at a fraction of the time required for conventional coding. Our fast development cycles allow us to offer outsourced development services at highly competitive rates—making us a valuable partner in the market.
Our mission is to democratize IT development by making high-quality solutions accessible to everyone.
Since our inception in January 2023 with a team of three, we've grown to 15 dedicated team members by December 2023, completing over 100 projects and achieving 10x revenue growth in just one year.
We are looking for a Quality Control / Tester to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Design: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and cases based on project requirements and design specifications.
- Execution of Tests: Conduct manual testing, including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
- Reporting: Document and report test results, provide regular updates and collaborate with the team to prioritize and track issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques.
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with testing management methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Nice to Haves
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
