• Represent the company in meetings with customs officials, apply for tax refunds and reclassify tariffs; Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods.
• Classify goods according to tariff coding system and Check goods information to ensure compliance with regulations
• Receive and check customers' import-export documents for Customs declaration through software;
• Prepare and process import and export documents according to regulations, laws or customs procedures;
• Track and monitor the location of goods on the transport route
• Support other departments to carry out customs procedures for shipments: licenses, taxes, procedures to resolve accompanying issues.
• Communicate with authorities to facilitate smooth clearance of goods through customs
• Handling tasks before, during and after import and export customs clearance.
• Other jobs will be discussed directly during the interview

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

• Least 2 years of experience in customs clearance and C/O making
• Understand legal regulations on customs declaration, import and export licenses
• Graduated from University/College majoring in Foreign Trade/Economics/Import-Export or related major
• Be good at reading & written Chinese
• Ability to work independent and teamwork
• Being careful, attention to detail, hardworking, enthusiasm, initiative in work, perseverance, determination to complete tasks.
• Ability to work under high pressure and multitask required.
• Know how to handle situations flexibly and soft in the process of communication and working with customers.
