- Receive order information from customers, plan production- Deploy, monitor, and evaluate order progress and factory performance to develop appropriate production plans to ensure on-time delivery and prepare contingency plans to manage risks.- Ensure product quality before delivery- Propose and guide the implementation of improvement plans, increase production efficiency and minimize defective products.- Update production data into systems according to procedures and regulations.- Preside/coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production progress- Support handling when the product is defective.- Job details will be discussed in more detail during the interview.- Directly manage and operate work with workers- At least 3 experience year in garment industry (trims solution and garment accessory is prioritize)- Can communicate English or Chinese• Benefit- Salary: Negotiate- Social insurance, health insurance, ... paid according to labor law- Professional, dynamic and friendly working environment.- High promotion opportunities- Location: Lot C3, Road No. 2, Hai Son Industrial Park, Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province
