Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Process Development

• Standardization: Develop and implement standardized processes and policies for managing Amazon operations to reduce reliance on individual capacity and informal communication.
• Automation: Identify areas for automation and work with the tech team to implement systems that streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and speed up workflows.

Tool and Application Development

• Tech Coordination: Work closely with the Amazon Strategic Operations Management to to fully understand the works, challenges, & constraints. Collaborate with the tech team to build tools and applications that support the Amazon Strategic Operations Management team.
• Scalability: Ensure that developed tools and processes can scale effectively as the company expands and opens multiple office locations.

Efficiency Optimization

• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of implemented processes and tools.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Amazon Strategic Operations Management team and other departments to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process and tool development.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement and technology implementation.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
