· Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring performance management dashboard that enable my team to measure employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement.

· Support to develop dashboard to measure performance of Insurance Department across product, customer segment, channel

· Assess performance of business activities, business programs and propose actions for enhancement

· Cost management for Bancassurance business and provide report/ data input for related Bancassurance activities including budgeting, forecasting and providing proposals for optimal usage

· Sales performance support including monitoring performance indicators for sales team

1.     Qualification and Experience

·        Having more than 4 years of experience in banking, sales/business support for the insurance product

·        Understanding of banking operations, customers and banking products of the Division

·        Deep understanding of the effective management model for customers of Division

·        Have experience with analytical tools such as: SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel

·        Experience in Financial Forecasting, Strategic Planning, Bancassurance, Project Management

·        Graduated from university or higher, majoring in economics, finance, business
