Provide support to MPM teams in VN, HK and PRC in clerical, system work and sample shipments.

• Provide support to MPM teams in VN, HK and PRC in clerical work and sample delivery, especially for tasks requiring physical presence in Vietnam.

• Handle sample shipment process from start to finish (submit requests, prepare samples, pack, ship out and track approval).

• Work with internal teams such as Engineering, Quality, and Operations to coordinate and follow up on sample activities and assist in account management with external customers.

• Vietnam related travel and admin support.

• Acquire data from and update Oracle ERP system.

• Support supply chain processes such as order processing, shipping, and PMC planning.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor of Business Administration or related disciplines Experience

• 1-2 year of relevant experience in manufacturing industry of consumer products, with good understanding of factory operations

• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams Knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of trading, import & export activities 

• Basic written and spoken English communication

• Experience with ERP system (Oracle) is preferable 

• Willing to learn, self-motivated and a good team player with positive can do attitude

• Well-organized individual with good communication skills

Working Location: Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCMC. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai
