Got It Vietnam is looking for a motivated and organized AI Model Training Data Lead to join our expanding operations team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the labeling processes and academic content development for our new AI-powered MathGPT product.

MathGPT (https://www.mathgpt.ai/) is our newest AI-powered product with the mission to innovate how students learn and /instructors learn/teach by providing a comprehensive AI-native learning platform. Data Labeling is at the heart of it and is currently managed by the Operations team. You’ll join a super fun and hard-working group that is utterly passionate about our mission.

The Core Job

• Serve as on-the-ground leader focused on labeling/developing the academic & technical content of the product for our Hanoi-based team, covering math (Algebra, Calculus, Statistics) & science subjects (Chemistry, Biology)
• Work closely with the AI & Product team to continuously improve the labeling quality and processes through the application of AI.
• Lead and manage a team of talented labeling specialists by providing mentorship and guidance in day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Contribute as a thought leader in solving operational challenges.

You should have

• BA/BS degree from a top school with at least 4+ years of working experience in a related field (education/operations/IT).
• Leadership experienced.
• Great knowledge of math subjects (Stats, Cal) & coding skills
• Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS >= 7.5 or TOEIC >= 900 or equivalent)
• Exposure to the US education system is a plus
• Problem-solving and can-do-attitude
