Key Responsibility :

Brand Marketing:

• Digital Marketing: In charge of development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote new products and drive online sales. Manage our digital marketing channels, including social media, and content marketing, website, …
• Ecommerce Sales: In charge of optimizing product listings on ecommerce platforms, managing product pricing, promotion, inventory, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• New Product Development: Support idea generation, screening, research, develop product positioning strategies…, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Customer Satisfaction Survey: Develop and implement surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Trade Marketing:

• POSM Management: Develop, supplier sourcing, and manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) to enhance product visibility and drive sales at outlets.

• Trade Activation: Develop and execute activations: sampling, trade fair… to meet trade marketing objectives.
• Trade promotion: In charge of registration, announcement of trade promotions to stakeholders, setting up trade schemes on system. Make reports and evaluation for trade promotions to generate insights and recommended actions.
• Trade Audit: To ensure compliance with regulations and maximize program effectiveness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience / skills required:

• At least 2 years of experience with proven track record in marketing department (Trade, Brand, CMI…)
• Effective communication
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; able to handle data and analysis.
• Proactive, can-do attitude, energetic and entrepreneurial
• Fluent Vietnamese and good English (Upper Intermediate or above)
