We are seeking an outstanding Test Lead to join our development team. You will have a chance to work with our proactive and talented people with a great teamwork, opening and respectful working environment.

What you'll be doing
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases to locate bugs and regressions and ensure product quality is of a high standard.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor all quality assurance standards, procedures, tools and practices across the projects, teams.
- Manage and maintain the testing portfolio including forecasting, planning, scheduling and allocating test resources against based on the demand.
- Ensure the quality of the test deliverables by following best testing principles and disciplines, and actively coaching and mentoring of team members in best testing practices.
- Establish effective test plans, test strategies by working with business owners and technical engineers based on business requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to design testing strategies. Perform all phases of testing including functional, system, and regression testing.
- Track and control testing progress and report any quality problems/issues of the project. Propose the solution to improve the product.
- Work as part of a team to meet demanding project requirements.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must have
- At least 4 years of experience in web-based or mobile application testing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with test automation & continuous integration.
- Must have worked on Test Automation Tools like Protractor, Cypress for more than 1 year.
- Able to drive change and inspire others to adopt a QA mindset & practices.
- Strong understanding of modern QA Tools, methodologies, technologies.
- Understanding of UI automation, service automation and performance testing from desktop, web to mobile applications e.g. Selenium / WebDriver, Appium.
- Experience in one or more automated testing tools/frameworks (Postman, Selenium, Appium, JMeter, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Experience in quality management with commitment to innovation and improvement, championing change, minimizing costs, and maximizing resources.
- Ability to recognize test management risks and develop effective and timely solutions before they become issues.
- Experienced in Agile Development methodologies, SCRUM process and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Have knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- ISTQB certified is a plus.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication.
