We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on design systems and design thinking to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across various platforms. Your expertise in developing and maintaining design systems will be crucial in ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design processes.

• Report to: Line Manager

•  Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Develop comprehensive design systems encompassing UI components, typography, color palettes, and interaction patterns.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Implement design thinking methodologies to foster innovation and problem-solving within the design team.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design strategies and solutions.
• Work closely with front-end developers to implement designs and ensure fidelity throughout the development process.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and design systems.

• Experience working in a tech development team.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Github).
• Advanced knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Principle, After Effects).

• Working 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday, off  Saturday and Sunday.
