This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless development, integration, and maintenance of systems supporting the e-commerce platform.
The Successful Applicant
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technology Vendors: Work with platforms such as OMS, WMS, payment gateways, CRM systems, and more, ensuring all integration are designed, implemented, and maintained to perform optimally.
- Ensure System Stability: Oversee the continuity of system processes to maintain the stability and reliability of the entire e-commerce tech stack setup.
- Lead Digital Innovation Projects: Deliver transformative digital consumer experiences by leveraging cutting-edge solutions like APIs, ETL processes, and microservices tailored to each application.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience managing and building e-commerce integrations, including working with diverse IT systems. 5+ years of relevant technology experience with minimum of 2+ years in eCom tech.
