• Data Consolidation and Analysist
• Gather data from various sources, including distributors and third-party sources and ensure the upkeep of databases and data systems.
• Cleanse data and scrutinize to generate reports and outputs to ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycles.
• Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights.
• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making for Channel Manager and Commercial Development Manager.
• Channel Coordinator
• Support Commercial Development manager to collect insight and information to work with SEA IPRO for Innovation & Renovation projects.
• Coordinate between Distributors and Quality & Food Safety / Careline handle customer queries or complaints.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to follow PO submission, Shipment arrival and Inventory.
• Coordinate with Distributor and Finance team to monitor Trade Spending and reconcile payment request before proceed payment request for Distributors.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree is preferred in Business / Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years experience in Sales/ Data Intelligent.
• Data processing and analytic (expert in Excel and Power BI).
• Negotiation and people management skill.
• Material knowledge as own responsibilities.
