- Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
- Review and approve all Sales-related processes to ensure the productivity and benefits of the team and company.
- Lead and motivate Sales Supervisor and Sales Coordinators/Admins to improve customer service.
- Meeting with a sales representative to assess company performance.
- Meeting with other Supervisor/Manager/Director and President to understand and find solutions for the purchasing and selling issues and challenges.
- Monitor sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Recommend selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Manage the commission tier per brand or per sales representative or per project.
- Manage the inventory level and properly plan for over-storage or old stock.
- Prepare and review detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Assist and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives according to Director of Sales’s guidelines.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Design, discuss with the Director of Sales, and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.|
- Optimize, Design, and Implement existing and new inter and intradepartmental procedures.
- Assist the finance area with the following-up of clients with unpaid/late invoices; resolve issues or negotiate outcomes as required.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through high performance in processing their submitted orders.
- Assist in handling paperwork related to the sales department, such as distribution agreements, brokerage agreements, etc.
- Assist customers with related materials and documents from vendors.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
