Job Description:

I. Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in generative AI.
• Identify opportunities for applying generative AI techniques to improve business processes.

II. Solution Proposal and Ideation:

• Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for applying generative AI to address business challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and scenarios for generative AI applications
• Development & maintenance SDK for Mobile app: IOS, Android.

III. Generative AI Implementation:

• Collaborate with other teams to design and implement generative AI solutions.
• Support testing of generative AI models, and business function
• Evaluate the performance and accuracy of generative AI responses to user queries.

IV. Documentation and Communication:

• Create detailed technical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

V. Follow the IT processes (development, operation) and Bank processes

VI. Do other duties as assigned by the team leaders, Manager and Director

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required
• 2-3 years of experience Development SDK for Mobile app: IOS, Android. Experience in Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, Web Socket, design pattern, app architect in Android, IOS.
• Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various GenAI apply to business processes/rules or new products in banking domain 
• Design UI/UX: experience with Figma
• Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes
• Knowledge to use generative AI in daily (use ChatGPT, copilot)
• 1-2 years of experience using AWS Services: RDS, EC2, ECS, EKS.
• Experience in designing and optimizing application/database architecture.
