Requirement Gathering: Be responsible for collecting and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders through calls, meetings, discussions, etc.
Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and workflows to understand current processes and identify areas for enhancement.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation including software requirements specifications (SRSs), functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients/stakeholders and the in-house IT team to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Project Support: Participate in project meetings and provide support in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Testing Support: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Education: Bachelor's degree graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Proficiency in English communication.
Hands-on experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience working as a BA.
Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Redmine, ClickUp, JIRA).
