1. Primary Objective:

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for AI blockchain projects to elevate brand awareness, attract customers, and optimize revenue.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
• Identify target markets, analyze competitors, and devise strategies to capture market share.

Operational Marketing Management

• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, public relations, and events.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and achieving high ROI.

Brand Development and Management

• Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all media channels.
• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Team Leadership and Development

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and achievement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, providing strategic insights and improvements to enhance team effectiveness.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the efficacy of marketing initiatives, leveraging advanced analytical tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Recommend and implement strategic adjustments based on data analytics and market feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service departments to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.
• Participate in product development to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in the Marketing industry with at least 3 years as a Senior Leadership.
• Proven expertise in blockchain, AI, or technology sectors is highly advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytical tools for strategic decision-making.
• Preference for candidates with international education or top-tier domestic university graduates with honors.
