I’m a team player on the local project.
I recruit and manage a team that is at the service of my customers and my commercial policy.
I guarantee I hire profiles in line with our values, people who are sporty, lively, helpful, and concrete.
I manage my team on the shop floor focusing on being available for customers and perfecting the layout and stock availability.
I develop the talent and autonomy of my team members through monthly Individual Meetings.
I ensure all team members have an individual mission (commitment) for the year which I regularly debrief.
I choose my offer and I ensure a dynamic, commercial layout is adapted and implanted following the Best Self-Informed Choice.
I write my commercial policy with my team.
I build the best commercial offer and my range choice, and department mass plan are coherent with my commercial policy.
I guarantee the implantation logic and the application of the CAD plan.
I ensure efficient organization of the seasonal moves for the department I manage.
I ensure high layout standards through regular “facing” and Satisfied Customer Family Apps.
I put in place commercial actions in order to satisfy the highest number of customers and users via omnichannel sales.
I guarantee the security of my customers and my store.
I am Duty Manager for my store and take responsibility for the operation in my unit.
I manage my Profit and Loss account to ensure durable business.
I guarantee the sustainability of my project through accurate and regular forecasting.
