Manage, control and keep monitoring all VFBS's Fixed assets, Tools & Consumables.
Support and liaise with Project team on movements of assets for new/close stores to ensure all assets being fully controlled.
Follow Fixed Assets Accounting procedure from coding, control physical, booking correct depreciation.
Ensure FAs/Tools & consumables are depreciated accurate and compliance with VAS requirements in the Module FA of SAP (not thru JE).
Ensure assets are reflected write in SAP book, new stores or closed stores must be recorded to the system on time.
Manage and control the balances of 242xx that related to assets.
Lead the works related to physical counts of assets to ensure existing of assets on annual basis.

College/University Degree in a related field preferred.
Proven at least 3-5 years of experience working in accounting field.
Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS).Laptop
