Job Purpose

The job holder acts as an expert and analyzes, designs and implements data solutions using Techcombank’s enterprise suite of BI tools.
The job holder uses analysis, business understanding methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze, visualize data to generate insights to inform and trigger business problems in the business decision process - improve of customer value and operation efficiency.
The job holder helps the business to better understand the implications of what information means, identifies what has happened, why it happened, especially for performance management.
The job holder needs to maintain the know-how and assure the capability development of team members and related team.

Key Accountabilities (1)
Strategic Planning

Organize and work with stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic plan for BI activities

Analysis và Reporting

Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using script languages
Perform analysis of datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations mostly for performance management.
Use data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance to provide meanings to data produce.
Create and maintain statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data.
Understand data requirements from within and outside of the Data và Analytics Division and analyze needs of the business while assisting senior Data và Analytics Division members to develop the required technical requirements.
Communicate and align with stakeholders on purpose and impact of analytical solutions on business.

Key Accountabilities (2)
Data Insighting

Lead the identification and interpretation of meaningful and actionable insights from various data sources.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Interact with squads within assigned Data và Analytics Division to identify questions and issues for data analysis.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

Projects Management

Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at high performance.
Work with team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks, conduct post mortem and root cause analyses to improve practices for maximum productivity.

Talent Development

Mentor and coach team to become competent BI Specialist.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team and support with personal development plan.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications

Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics or Quantitative Analysis

Work Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in areas of data analysis, reporting và planning, problem solving for business
English proficiency requirements are pursuant to Techcombank's policy
Experience in querying databases and using programming languages (e.g. R, Python, Scala, SQL)
Experience in building reporting with actionable intelligent
Experience communicating complex analysis and models across a diverse team
Experience in data management, ETL and analysis functions
Experience with data analysis and BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Spark would be a plus
Deep understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling and management of data
Experience in leading activities, projects, teams
Experience in Agile Software Development and has a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and scrum methodology
Experience working in (Agile) teams to lead successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end-to-end planning to implementation

Công ty TNHH Đức Minh là nhà sản xuất dẫn đầu Việt Nam trong ngành sản xuất Silicate – thủy tinh lỏng. Silicate – thủy tinh lỏng được sản xuất bởi hỗn hợp phối trộn theo tỷ lệ linh hoạt các hóa chất Natri carbonate (soda) hoặc Kali Carbonate với cát nấu ở nhiệt độ cao. Việc điều chỉnh tỷ lệ giữa cát với soda và Kali Carbonate sẽ tạo ra hàng loạt các dải sản phẩm silicate – thủy tinh lỏng khác nhau, đáp ứng được nhu cầu của nhiều ngành công nghiệp khác nhau. Sản phẩm Silicate – thủy tinh lỏng mà công ty chúng tôi đang sản xuất có sẵn ở dạng lỏng, dạng bột và dạng cục.

Được thành lập năm 2005, chúng tôi xây dựng nhà máy đầu tiên tại Khu công nghiệp Khai Quang, thành phố Vĩnh Yên, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc, Việt Nam cùng năm và khởi công nhà máy thứ 2 tại Khu công nghiệp Mỹ Phước 3, huyện Bến Cát, Bình Dương vào năm 2007. Hiện nay, chúng tôi là nhà máy sản xuất Silicate – thủy tinh lỏng lớn nhất Việt Nam với sản lượng 150.000 tấn/năm.

Công ty TNHH Đức Minh cũng đang áp dụng công nghệ sản xuất Silicate – thủy tinh lỏng hiện đại nhất Việt Nam nên chất lượng sản phẩm của chúng tôi luôn dẫn đầu thị trường và đang xuất khẩu tốt đến các thị trường khó tính trên thế giới.
