Key Responsibilities

Establish and Maintain the Quality Management System

• Develop, review, and update quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, and quality control records.
• Ensure the quality management system complies with regulations set by the Ministry of Health and aligns with standards such as GSP, GDP, GPP, and other applicable legal requirements.
• Plan and implement regular internal audits; monitor SOP implementation and follow up on corrective and preventive actions after audits.

Quality Management in the Importation and Distribution Process

• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments to inspect and monitor product quality during goods receipt and delivery.
• Ensure products are stored and transported under appropriate conditions in accordance with quality requirements, especially for sensitive items such as cold chain medicines, vaccines, and biological products.

Quality Incident Handling and Customer Feedback:

• Investigate root causes and resolve quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to receive and handle customer complaints and feedback regarding product quality.
• Organize product recalls when necessary, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Supplier and Product Documentation Management

• Participate in evaluating domestic and international suppliers based on quality criteria.

Personnel Management and Internal Training

• Manage, assign tasks, and assess the performance of QA department staff.
• Organize periodic and ad-hoc training sessions for employees on the quality system, new legal regulations, and internal procedures.

Liaison with Regulatory Authorities

• Represent the company in working with the Ministry of Health, Department of Health, and other competent authorities during inspections and audits related to the quality assurance system.
• Prepare and update quality reports, compliance documentation, and legal records as required by regulatory agencies.

Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirements

-     Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy.

-     Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

-     Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in pharmaceutical companies.

-     Strong understanding of quality assurance processes in pharmaceuticals, the pharmaceutical market, and knowledge of Vietnam's Pharmaceutical Law.

-     Proficient in pharmaceutical quality management systems.
