Cartrack is a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Mechatronics Technical Support Team Lead to join our team. Responsibility:

Operations/Technical:

• Collaborate with Asia regional team to drive the operational plan, oversees day-to-day operation activities such as manpower integration and contingency management of automotive device
• Inventory controlling; Review and approve all vendor services and its related cost ensuring cost are being properly managed.
• Monitor the health status of all products and prioritize the repair process when required
• Recommend enhancements to improve systems performance

Customer facing and technical support:

• Establish end-to-end service delivery for projects
• Analyze and identify industry trends and customers need and provide feedback to improve the feasibility of new product development
• Managing and solving technical issues faced by customers

Leadership:

• Oversee installation technician team (fitment technician - must; software, hardware, embedded engineer - nice to have)
• Provide products and systems training to internal employees (especially installation technician team) and customers when required
• Lead the control room in long-term

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a strong background in electronics/mechatronics/automation or relevant field.
• Experience in M&E/Automotive/System Integrator (SI)/IoT/Electronics, or Mechatronics industries.
• Electronics or Mechatronics experience is essential (in automotive/car sector is a huge plus)
• Technical support and troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills to work effectively with regional and local stakeholders, across departments and with clients.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and IoT is a plus.
• A valid car driving license is a plus.
• Willingness to visit customer sites and undertake business trips
