1. Job: Customs Documentation
Position Title: Customs Documentation
Corporate Unit: EUSU Logistics Co. Ltd
Location: Ho Chi Minh Office
Reporting to: Customs Team Leader
Staff Responsibility: No

2. Role Summary
- Customs declaration for Import/Export shipments including collecting, checking docs, HS code… then declare on VASS system for cargo: machinery, garment or general cargo; following up shipments status till finish customs clearance as lead time of customers also.
- Collecting and preparing CO Docs then submit on CO system of VCCI & MOIT

3. Specific Accountabilities
- Communicating with customer to collect required documents for per Import-Export shipments and CO procedure.
- Checking schedule of per Import-Export shipments then finish customs declaration to match with lead time.
- Cooperating with outside staffs and ensure to solve any problem in customs if the document which submit for customs it have any issue. Also Cooperating with CS Team, Trucking team to receive A/N, BL, DO and delivery plan then arrange customs procedure.
- Preparing CO Docs then submit on CO system of VCCI and MOIT
- Closely update and consult the regulation in customs, tax, CO for customer
