*** Job Overview: Air Freight, Sea Freight Customer Service, Hanoi
Position Title: Customer Service Air Freight, Sea Freight
Corporate Unit: EUSU Logistics Co. Ltd – Ha noi Branch
Location: Hanoi Office
Reporting to: Team leader of Hanoi Office
Contract Type: Full time
Number of hiring: 1 CS Air Freight; 1 CS Sea Freight

*** Role Summary:

Air Freight:
- Receive booking confirmation/pre-alert from the vendors/overseas
- Release bkcf to the customers and request sending CIPL
- Sending HAWB/CIPL/debit note (if any) to customers
- Create job in the system
- Issue draft HAWB/MNF and get confirmation from customers
- Submit HAWB/MNF/Bkcf/ Form airlines (if any) to Operation team at airport before cargoes arriving
- Input information into system after Operation team check weight, dimension…
- CS collect HAWB/MNF/MAWB and sending pre-alert
- Input selling/buying rate into the system
- Issue debit note
- Solve the issues during handling processing if have
- Co-operation with other Departments (Customs, Accounting team to do other tasks smoothly)

Sea Freight:
- Communicate with shippers and oversea agents to receive and protect booking in advance
- Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier
- Request Booking with the carrier and receive Booking Confirmation from the Carrier
- Well knowledge of AMS / ACI / ISF filling for US/CA route
- Closely tracking shipment status of both LCL/FCL to assure customers are timely informed if any changes
- Confirm and Check selling rates availability through Quote Assist or with the relevant Sales person
- Ensure Billing are accurate and no error
- File Manifest, send the AN to the customer, follow trucking and delivery cargo to the customers. And then make D/N and send the Invoice to the customer
- Consulting/advising on customs documentation tasks when being asked, if any.
