Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Lead and coordinate Sales & customer
Service teams, ensure understanding of customer needs, Expanding customer and agency network on
following terms Ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight etc.
2. Have individual customer and develop new customer.
3. Develop cost metrics, based on service prices and cost structure approach.
4. Developing partnership with vendors, suppliers, warehouse and trucking to obtain competitive prices,
good services, cargoes to enrich the source of customers and increase profit.
5. Have good relation with custom brokers.
6. NVOCC operation role: prepare docs for import shipment (manifest. DO) for sea freight.
7. Responsible for documentation, tracking of goods and forward information to customers.
8. Have experience in cross border trucking, reefer, OOG and air freight.
9. Executing business strategy including day to day customer management, operational development,
business development
10. Management reporting and other jobs as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Have a bachelors or master’s degree
2. 1-5 years working experience
3. Proficient in both written and spoken English, as Everbest Logistics operates in a global environment.
4. Knowledge in import/export techniques, shipping management, customer service background.
5. Must have knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulation requirements related to company logistical
operation e.g. tax, custom, transportation laws.
6. Market Intelligence and product knowledge in International Freight Forwarding
7. Good sense of market price of sea-freight and air-freight rates.
8. CV with clear study and work history.
9. Strong analytical and strategic planning skill.
10. Experience in VNACCS software.
11. Well-groomed personnel with full of enthusiasm having excellent communication skill & eagerness to
become successful freight professional
12. Must be experienced in Freight operation having good contacts with carriers (MLO) and feeder operators
& local customer’s e.g. buying offices & garments and other Export/Import companies.
