Responsibilities
Function: COORDINATION
- Coordinate with the Expansion department for new project surveys and legal document provision.
- Participate in technical meetings with the Expansion team and Lessor during lease negotiations.
- Supervise projects, consultants, and oversee surveying and testing activities.
- Act as a manager and coordinator with consultants during project execution phases.
- Gather information and collaborate with other departments to complete projects efficiently.
Function: DESIGN VERIFICATION AND CHECKING
- Organize and verify/check technical documents; consult with contractors during the design phase.
- Review and verify designs and execution drawings.
- Handle design modifications by coordinating with other departments, consultants, and contractors.
Function: ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
- Develop master project schedules and tender plans.
- Verify and assess contractors' tender documents, focusing on quality, progress, and quantity for the QS team.
- Organize site meetings weekly and monthly.
- Oversee contract acceptance, payment, and liquidation processes.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve issues, ensuring close coordination and project handover to Property.
Function: MANAGEMENT
- Manage quality, quantity, progress, and construction expenses, ensuring safety and hygiene.
- Inspect and certify material and work quality.
- Ensure all technical and infrastructure conditions are ready for Grand Openings.
- Organize and execute extension or renovation projects as directed.
For Existing Stores: MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION (via Consultant or Directly)
- Address technical issues promptly.
- Work with the design team to complete tender documents for equipment installation and renovation projects.
- Directly verify contractors' work execution.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Education: University degree in technology with emphasis on construction, architecture or related majors
- Experience: At least 7 years' experience at a management level in construction projects
- Language: : Fluency in English & Vietnamese ( listening, speaking, writing, reading)
- Office skills: Excellent at: Ms project, Excel, Word, Autocad …
- Attitude: evaluate during the interview
