* Ensure efficient operations through careful coordination of Quality Operation, Technical Operation and Manufacturing timely and accurate information with focus on developing production schedules and priorities to meet overall Planning objectives.
- Prepare and initiate controlled work flows for planning procedure.
- Manage the Master Record documentation for the product and establish high level of accuracy Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate the associated document review and approval process to meet the target timeline, in collaboration with Quality Operation, Technical Operation and Manufacturing.
- Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes.
- Timely distribute latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
- Maintain database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
- Perform integration check.
- Control Inventory Supply to Production line.

BA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in materials management related field.
- Clearly understand new and current Materials department tools and processes.
- Continually evaluate the current processes and tools to determine their ability to meet the department’s business needs.
- Establish and maintain an effective training and facilitation schedule for both new and existing processes.
- Develop and facilitate specialized training as needed.
* Skill Requirements
- Advanced PC skills, with emphasis on spreadsheet skills and ERP/MRP experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytic, project management and applied statistical skills.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills are a must.
- Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team-oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities.
