We are a dynamic company operating two websites dedicated to providing tickets for events, mainly across Europe. We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to manage and enhance our social media presence on the most popular platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This role is crucial in engaging our audience, driving traffic to our websites, and creating a vibrant online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement with our audience.

- Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our strategy.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

- Assist in developing and managing social media campaigns and contests to increase engagement and followers.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, from 1 year of experience

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to effectively engage them.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate unique content ideas.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
