- Perform tasks under the guidance and assignment of the R&D group leader.

- Update information relates to new project.

- Collect documents as scientific papers or books from internet or library to investigate about new developed product.

- Plan, design, monitor, perform tests as physical-chemical and biological treatment to evaluate effectiveness of product (design specifications).

- Conduct water quality testing and Jartest to evaluate treatment using coagulation, adsorption, and oxidation.

- Run and monitor biological wastewater treatment models.

- Review and evaluate new technologies for recovering valuable components in water, reuse and recycle water and by-products, and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.

- Report progress and ensure tasks are completed within the assigned timeline.

- Collect water analysis results and analyze result data to make reports.

- Propose water and wastewater treatment solution based on result of experiment tests.

- Document all phases of research and development.
