- Work directly on the production line
- Control the output and quality as the indicated target.
- Ensure efficiency is met the target.
- Ensure all procedures are followed such as the 5 first products of the order, checking sample & TDS, quality feedback loop, and output delivery on time.
- Control material consumption of every order,
- Ensure the production line is organized, tidy, and clean.
- Make sure all machines & tools are in good condition.
- Training, and improving matrix skills of workers to be more flexible.
- Make sure all staff are obeying the discipline.
- Implement the continuous improvement.
- Comply with all policies, regulations, and requirements of ISO 9001, employee handbook, work rules, etc.
- Perform other related tasks at the request of the Manager.
- Control overtime
