Job Summary

A Legal & Compliance Intern will be responsible for supporting the Legal team in 3 main fields: contract and legal documents management; advice on Intellectual Property regulations and other legal matters; and Information Security Management (ISM). He/ She will also be in charge of translating legal documents and engaging in Legal process improvement and development.

Job Responsibility

1. Contract and Legal documents of the company

• Assist in checking detailed information of the contracts, agreements, forms, and relevant legal documents as assigned.
• Assist in uploading legal documents onto HAKUHODO’s e-Contract system.

2. Research on Intellectual Property (IP) regulations and other legal matters

• Research about the regulations on Intellectual Property (IP) rights and other legal matters as assigned.
• Keep abreast with updates on Vietnam Laws.

3. Information Security Management (ISM)

• Assist in implementing Information Security Management (ISM) tasks.
• Assist in preparing forms for the ISM process.

4. Other duties

• Translate contracts, agreements, and relevant legal documents.
• Comply with the internal regulations and process.
