Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements to propose tailored IT solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and online forums.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in English Speaking Country.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential clients and emerging markets.

1+ years of experience in Sales/ Business development, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry.
Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets and closing deals.
Nice to have: Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.

Base salary: Junior (10-14M VND/month); Middle (15-18M VND/month); Senior (19M+ VND/month)
Commission-based incentives: 1-5%
