Headhunt

Recruitment Operation:
• Received Recruitment Request, Filing
• Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to review/ prepare the Job Description
• Post job in social media channels and recruitment platforms, sourcing
• Define CVs in Odoo and ensure all CVS status is daily updated
• Screen CVs and make shortlist
• Arrange interview and conduct interview (Sending e-mail; Booking meeting room and HM's schedule)
• Consolidate with Hiring Manager
• Prepare the offer letter, negotiate with the candidate, and send the offer letter via e-mail
• Inform the result to failed candidates and put them into Talent Pool
• Update onboarding schedule to related departments
• Orientation training to newbies
• Do exit interview
• Announce a list of opening jobs in the company channel (weekly)
Recruitment Marketing:
• E-mail marketing
• Landing page in recruitment platforms
• Design recruitment images
• Networking with Universities
• Events, Job fairs
• Do salary research to support C&B in salary benchmarking
Odoo Recruitment Innovation:
• Recruitment dashboard, reports
• Integrate sending e-mails to candidates with booking a meeting room and HR schedule
Other tasks as assigned by the line Manager• Bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources, business administration or related fields.
• At least 3- 5 year's experience in recruitment (Experience in the construction and IT industry is an advantage)
• Solid knowledge about the recruiting process and labour market.
• Fluent in English language communication (At least B2 English)
• Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment.
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email• Quarterly KPI Bonus based on performance
