**Your Tasks
• Ensure the functional safety work product are well done in accordance with the applicable safety process as well as the standard development process and methods.
• Ensuring that the QCT (quality/cost/deadline) goals are achieved in respect of safety work products.
**RESPONSIBILITY
• Set and achieve day to day objectives that have some impact on others within the job area.
• Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization or external parties with common desire and shared interests to reach solution.
• Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process. Sometimes need to identify problems and update in own role without the

**Your Qualifications
• BS in Automotive or relevant;
• More than 3 years Functional Safety Management
• Thorough knowledge of structured test methods (waterfall, v-model and agile) and the processes within each
• Experience with Requirements Management Tooling (e.g. DOORs)
• Very good knowledge about Automotive industry (e.g. ISO9000,ISO14001,VDA, TS16949)
• System engineering (SYSML / UML)
• Familiar with SYS/HW/SW design and Test
• Familiar with Functional safety Process/standard (ISO 26262)
• Strong at Safety Analysis and other safety activities
• Good at English language
