As we continue to expand our product range and market presence through Bello, Champs, Kleen-Up and Best Friends, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand and Trade Marketing Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, lead our marketing efforts and grow our B2C brands.
Role Description
• Market Research: Keep constant tabs on competitors and what campaigns are relevant to our target audience.
• Brand Promotion: Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective trade marketing programs, including trade promotions, in-store displays, and merchandising strategies to boost product sales.
• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling marketing materials, including graphic design, and execute marketing campaigns designed to elevate brand awareness and drive online and offline sales.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Professional fluency in English.
• 2 years of brand and trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in personal care and baby product categories.
• Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Experience in using marketing and design tools, creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media eg. FB, IG, Tiktok, Zalo. Please include links to social media pages you used to manage. • Advertisement buying experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
• Project and budget management skills for effective planning and execution.
