📢 Pasona is Hiring: Accounting Supervisor (8-month Contract)

🗓 Start Date: February 2025

📍 Location: Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam

💼 Contract Duration: 8 months

Responsibilities

• Management of fixed assets, tools & equipment: record depreciation, allocated expenses, prepaid expenses, update date and follow up with movement

• Expense management: manage payment process and make payment order (including cash and bank transfer), record, follow up and control expenses.

• Monthly accounting report and other reports (general accountant) requested by Chief Accountant and Board of Directors. Prepare and submit periodic report as requested by Head Office in Japan

• Support Chief Accountant in Budget, Forecast, working with audit firms.

• Support company in setting up internal financial procedures/principles when required.

• Interpret/translation duties in English when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accounting/Finance

• English: proficient in both conversation and written English (daily works involve daily communication with Japanese managers, report in both Vietnamese and English)

• 5 -7 years working in accounting, in which minimum 2 years working as General Accountant.

• Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting principles and related current regulations/law:

- Accounting expertise, ability to synthesize, good comprehension of accounting principles

- Ability to self-organize, make arrangement and plan to perform assigned tasks

- Ability to synthesize and analyze reports. Perform tasks accurately and in accordance with the regulations.

• Good control of computer software (word, excel, FAST accounting software)

• Good communication skill.

• Characteristics: cautious, detail oriented, careful, calm.

• Working hours: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (from 8am-5pm, lunch break from 12pm – 1pm)

• Salary: VND22,822,000 (Gross)

• Insurance: full salary

• No probation

• 13th month salary (based on actual worked months)

• Meal allowance: 900,000 VND/month (include in salary)

• Annual leave (12 days per year), other benefits prescribed by law.
